Richard Jones has been in the IT industry for over 25 years.  He was the CIO of Countrywide Finance Corporation from 2000 to 2007, and the CIO of Fiserv, Inc. in 2008 and 2009. Fiserv is the largest supplier of software and services to the Financial Services industry.  Since July 2009 Jones has been working with companies large and small to apply the lessons he learned at Countrywide and Fiserv.  He cares deeply about his current and former IT colleagues, so he works with them to further develop and re-tool their careers.  You will find good information and links to training and development resources on this site.

Mr. Jones now works with the IT divisions of many corporations to define and develop their IT organizations and technology initiatives. New times present new challenges for companies of all sizes and their IT associates.  The keys to success though remain the same, and Jones has a good grasp on what they are.
